FENSA Registered Installers, grand title, but what does it mean to you? You will see on the bottom of our website we sport a FENSA Registration number. You might have seen us talk about it in our social media. But what actually is it and why is it so important?
In a nutshell, it’s about safety. When we install any windows or doors we will provide you with a FENSA Certificate at the end. This certificate shows that we are compliant with all the current building regulations. Plus, it ensures that all work’s meet the latest energy efficiency requirements.
What is FENSA?
FENSA is a government-authorised scheme. It monitors building regulation compliance for replacement windows and doors. Every FENSA Approved Installer has a regular assessment. To ensure they are maintaining standards and compliance.

When you have new windows or doors it’s your responsibility to register them with your local council. If you don’t get a FENSA or compliance certificate, you’ll need to pay for an inspection by building control.
